Base Salary
$168k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and own product capabilities for Stytch’s agentic identity platform.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable, reliable distributed services.
- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to set direction and deliver features.
- Collaborate across teams to align on architecture and unblock initiatives.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of new services from design to deployment.
- Mentor other engineers and foster a culture of innovation.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging threats in identity and authentication.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience building and operating highly scalable, distributed systems.
- Experience working with agents and/or LLMs.
- Strong hands-on coding skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Expertise in designing and implementing resilient, fault-tolerant systems.
- Experience making high-impact technical decisions.
- Proven track record of driving technical excellence with customer focus.
- Deep understanding of software engineering best practices.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience mentoring engineers.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
