Base Salary
$123k - $184k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, integrate, and maintain embedded software across the full development lifecycle.
- Optimize performance and timing constraints in real-time embedded systems.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design descriptions, architecture specifications, usage notes, and release notes.
- Collaborate with baseband, RF systems, hardware, test, and integration engineering teams.
- Contribute to emerging wireless technologies and the evolution of wireless system architectures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience, master's degree plus 2 years of relevant experience, or a PhD in a related field.
- Proficiency in C/C++ programming and understanding of multithreading and operating-system fundamentals.
- Ability to communicate technical ideas, estimates, risks, dependencies, and work status clearly.
- Ability to work effectively across teams in a fast-paced, collaborative, and diverse software engineering environment.
- Preferred qualifications include knowledge of 5G NR or 802.11, signal-processing implementation and optimization on GPUs and DSPs, complex debugging, system performance optimization, device-driver development, and new hardware platform bring-up.
- Experience with or willingness to adopt productivity-enhancement processes and tools, including AI-based tools, is preferred.

- Annual base pay range of $122,500.00-$183,700.00, plus a discretionary annual bonus program and potential annual RSU grants.
