Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic data models.
- Develop and support SharePoint Online sites, workflows, forms, lists, libraries, permissions, and collaboration solutions.
- Automate business processes with Power Automate and integrate solutions across Microsoft 365 platforms.
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop data integrations and reporting solutions that improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
- Ensure solutions meet security, governance, and compliance requirements.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement enhancements.
- Participate in testing, deployment activities, Agile ceremonies, and assigned work items.
- Support automation, compliance reporting, and operational improvement initiatives while expanding technical knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of experience developing business applications, reporting solutions, or enterprise collaboration platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI dashboards, reports, data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
- Experience developing and administering SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and permissions.
- Proficiency with Power Platform components including Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Experience with SQL and relational database concepts.
- Knowledge of data integration and ETL processes.
- Experience using REST APIs and integrating Microsoft 365 services.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Preferred experience with C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
- Preferred knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development.
- Preferred experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure SQL, or Azure Data Factory.
