Responsibilities
- Build a scalable reporting framework capable of processing terabytes of data for complex risk calculations.
- Develop an analytical framework enabling flexible, large-scale computation on big datasets.
- Develop a quantitative understanding of risk to anticipate team requirements.
- Improve technology capabilities and deliver high-quality products to business partners.
- Solve complex problems using creative solutions and current technology.
Requirements
- At least five years of programming experience in Python and/or a functional language.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, or a related technical field.
- Programming experience in a quantitative environment using statistical models or complex aggregations.
- Strong understanding of computer science algorithms and data structures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with peers and clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to high ethical standards.
