Responsibilities
- Architect multi-step agentic systems and build retrieval-augmented generation pipelines and AI-powered workflows.
- Design, build, deploy, and integrate AI/ML solutions and models into production APIs and services.
- Build evaluation infrastructure and monitor model performance, accuracy, latency, cost, reliability, and efficiency.
- Work with structured and unstructured data to derive insights and identify AI use cases within products and workflows.
- Define AI best practices, documentation, standards, KPIs, and ethical implementation practices.
- Guide and mentor developers on AI adoption while collaborating with product, engineering, leadership, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, software engineering, mathematics, or statistics.
- 5+ years of machine learning experience with demonstrable experience in AI and agentic systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience with NLP, recommendation systems, or predictive analytics.
- Strong understanding of algorithms, statistics, and data structures.
- Experience with MLOps, model monitoring, versioning, and deploying AI models at scale.
- Ability to define AI model KPIs and translate technical solutions into business value.
- Strong communication skills, independent ownership, and experience leading AI initiatives, mentoring team members, and defining scalable and ethical AI practices.
