
Incident Response Security Engineer

Responsibilities
- Develop processes, tooling, and automation to scale incident response and mitigate business risks.
- Collaborate across security, engineering, product, support, and business operations to identify detection use cases and automation opportunities.
- Apply threat modeling to incident detection and response.
- Maintain the security logging platform.
- Improve detection mechanisms and attack-surface management based on current threats and attack vectors.
- Handle information security events and incidents across ClickHouse products and services.
Requirements
- Bring product security, red teaming, penetration testing, threat modeling, and incident detection and response experience.
- Have strong knowledge of and experience with one or more cloud service providers.
- Have experience securing large-scale customer-facing cloud infrastructures.
- Have significant development and automation experience, preferably with Golang and Python.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related field is a bonus qualification.
- Open-source contributions and security or cloud certifications are bonus qualifications.
