Base Salary

$110k - $120k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain full-stack web applications, learner-facing websites, middleware, and custom functionality.
  • Build and maintain secure integrations among websites, Salesforce, content management systems, registration and payment platforms, marketing automation tools, analytics systems, reporting tools, and Canvas/LTI tools.
  • Translate learner, enrollment, marketing, accessibility, and operational requirements into scalable technical solutions, user flows, interface improvements, and implementation plans.
  • Create front-end components and back-end services using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JavaScript frameworks or libraries, C#/.NET or comparable server-side technologies, database queries, and version-controlled code.
  • Configure, deploy, monitor, test, and troubleshoot development and production environments, integrations, release cycles, and code quality processes.
  • Develop capabilities supporting search, SEO, event tracking, analytics, A/B testing, form submission, data capture, conversion measurement, personalization, and Salesforce handoffs.
  • Provide technical consultation and support, diagnose issues, prioritize enhancements, coordinate with administrators and vendors, and resolve web and application problems.
  • Maintain accessibility, usability, privacy, security, and data integrity standards, escalating enterprise, compliance, institutional data, budget, and risk issues as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Five or more years of professional experience in front-end and back-end web development, application development, middleware, integrations, or related technical work.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JavaScript frameworks or libraries, responsive design, and server-side technologies such as C#/.NET, PHP, Python, Java, Node.js, or comparable technologies.
  • Experience with database design or querying, SQL, APIs, version control, software development lifecycle practices, code review, testing, and technical documentation.
  • Experience integrating websites or applications with CRM, content management, registration, payment, analytics, marketing automation, reporting, or enterprise application environments.
  • Experience applying web standards, usability, accessibility, quality assurance findings, or performance indicators to improve digital experiences.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to varied audiences, organize technical requirements, coordinate stakeholders, and move work from identification through implementation.
  • Preferred experience with Salesforce, Salesforce APIs, marketing automation, learner or student systems, and CRM workflows.
  • Preferred experience with Sitefinity, WordPress, Drupal, dotCMS, RESTful APIs, middleware, data integrations, SaaS connections, .NET MVC, Entity Framework, ORM tools, LAMP/WAMP stacks, or cloud services.
  • Preferred experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, event tracking, SEO, search tools, schema markup, A/B testing, or conversion measurement.
  • Preferred experience with Canvas, LTI, registration systems, payment gateways, reporting tools, accessibility testing, WCAG, semantic markup, ARIA, assistive technology, or legacy accessibility remediation.
  • Experience in higher education, continuing education, Extension, lifelong learning, workforce education, public sector, nonprofit, or other operationally complex digital environments is preferred.
