Responsibilities

Build and deploy finance automation and AI solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, SharePoint, Dataverse, scripting, and agentic development tools.
Integrate automations with SAP extracts, finance systems, reporting layers, and shared service centre tooling within governed environments.
Implement audit evidence, human review points, access controls, credential management, logging, and tested shutdown or rollback procedures.
Maintain runbooks, monitor deployed capabilities, support deployment issues, and lead reviews to improve recurring problems.
Partner with finance analysts, process owners, champion networks, and end users to test, document, train, and release capabilities.
Contribute to technical assessments of external vendors and tools, including integration constraints and lock-in considerations.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps, Copilot Studio, Python or equivalent scripting, agentic development tools, and system integrations through interfaces and APIs.
Experience designing, building, testing, deploying, and supporting robotic process automation solutions, including SAP-connected automations.
Experience applying controls, logging, documentation, exception handling, audit trails, and rollback procedures to automation solutions.
Ability to work with finance data structures, reconcile outputs against source data, identify incorrect results, and exercise sound safety and implementation judgment.
Strong documentation, analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills; fluent English is required and Spanish is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
At least three years of experience building automation, integration, or data solutions in a business environment, including at least one year using AI or large language model-based tooling in production.
Preferred experience includes production RPA management, incident resolution, controlled changes, rollback, post-incident reviews, Power Automate Desktop, UiPath, Blue Prism, Excel VBA, SAP-connected automation, regulated environments, and finance processes.
