Base Salary
$176k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy regulatory model applications and cloud modernization solutions.
- Build scalable distributed data processing solutions using PySpark, Python, and Databricks.
- Implement secure, resilient AWS-based architectures and integration patterns.
- Write code, tests, and documentation and contribute to technical reviews and release readiness.
- Communicate architecture and delivery plans through technical documentation and tech decks.
- Partner with product, data, model, and platform teams to deliver outcomes on time.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience and strong computer science fundamentals.
- Strong hands-on experience with PySpark, Python, Databricks, and AWS.
- Experience building and operating production-grade systems with quality, reliability, and observability.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in dynamic, ambiguous environments.
- C++, Scala, and/or Java experience is preferred.
- Data engineering experience and ML exposure are preferred.
- Experience enabling or building AI agent development, including LLM-enabled workflows or orchestration and evaluation or guardrails, is preferred.
- An advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
