Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, test, and maintain software modules and products.
- Package customer software solutions, hotfixes, and configuration changes according to internal standards and deployment procedures.
- Perform functional, integration, and regression testing in laboratory and pre-production environments.
- Prepare release packages, deployment instructions, and rollback procedures.
- Coordinate software releases and communicate updates, risks, and deployment plans during Change Advisory Board meetings.
- Provide integration support and ensure compatibility between software components and customer environments.
- Produce and maintain technical and release documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems in developed modules and packaged customer solutions.
- Collaborate with customer technical teams to package, validate, and deploy software solutions.
- Suggest and implement project process improvements.
Requirements
- Experience with Windows environments and software deployment is mandatory.
- Experience with software development, packaging, and testing is mandatory.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- Fluent French is mandatory.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international environment.
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
