Responsibilities
- Design, develop, connect, schedule, and deploy workflows, reports, dashboards, and other business solutions.
- Gather business requirements and collaborate with business and technology departments on system data and integrations.
- Conduct data analysis and validation and develop logical modeling and presentation solutions.
- Monitor, support, and administer business applications, systems, servers, and related processes.
- Troubleshoot production issues and resolve or escalate them as needed.
- Act as technical lead for development initiatives and coordinate with impacted business areas.
- Maintain documentation for processes and procedures and manage data according to best practices.
- Ensure assigned work complies with applicable laws, regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and at least one year of programming experience, or a high school degree and five years of programming experience.
- Preferred experience or knowledge includes Oracle APEX, Snowflake, Sigma Computing, Tableau, SQL, Python, APIs, data modeling, data warehousing, and Epic Clarity/Caboodle.
- Ability to analyze and solve computer-based problems and use computers, software, and web-based applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to travel throughout and between facilities and work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, 24/7 coverage, and on-call availability.
