Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and test improvements to Perception subsystems.
- Work with conventional and ML-based Perception techniques across various sensor modalities.
- Evaluate and validate Perception performance using objective metrics.
- Collaborate with the autonomy team to integrate Perception improvements.
- Stay current with relevant research and propose advancements to the Perception stack.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Prior coursework or project experience in Machine Perception or Computer Vision.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorRT.
- Strong programming skills in C++ and Python.
- Solid foundation in mathematics including linear algebra, probability, and optimization.
- Experience working in a Linux environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
