Senior Software Maintenance Specialist

- Maintain, modify, and troubleshoot existing software and automations for Oracle Federal Financials.
- Diagnose and resolve software defects and performance issues.
- Provide senior technical support to users and help desk for escalated issues.
- Support release activities including configuration changes, upgrades, and patches.
- Develop and test scripts and code changes according to client policies.
- Document software changes and maintain operating procedures.
- Coordinate with various teams to align software maintenance with release schedules.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of related experience in software maintenance and support.
- Experience with enterprise software maintenance and technical user support.
- Hands-on development and scripting skills, particularly in SQL/PL/SQL.
- Ability to pass a federal background investigation and obtain client site access.
