Responsibilities
- Run product demonstrations and record each demo in HubSpot.
- Answer technical questions from customers and partners within one working day.
- Complete security and compliance questionnaires.
- Set up trial portals and paid pilots, including pilots for new AI products.
- Write technical sections of bids and proposals.
- Build partner integrations according to business priorities.
- Use Claude or a similar AI assistant for technical research, questionnaire drafting, proposal writing, and routine workflow automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical account management.
- Hands-on experience with video, AI, or cloud software.
- Excellent spoken and written English for conversations with US customers.
- Confidence running live product demos for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of cloud and on-premises deployment, identity, SSO, and security questionnaires.
- Experience automating routine work with Claude and AI, including reusable prompts, Claude Projects, AI-assisted workflows, or simple scripts.
- Legal authorization to work in Pakistan.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a professional space for customer calls.
