Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using NeoLoad.
- Plan and independently manage performance testing activities and assignments.
- Analyze performance results, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
- Prepare test strategies, workload models, test plans, and performance reports.
- Monitor application and infrastructure metrics during test execution.
- Support performance tuning and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, business, and project leadership teams.
- Provide regular stakeholder updates.
- Deliver end-to-end performance testing engagements and optimization recommendations.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of performance testing experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with NeoLoad, including at least one NeoLoad project.
- Expertise in load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing.
- Experience with performance monitoring and analysis.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, stakeholder-management, client-facing, and communication skills.
- Ability to independently lead performance testing assignments with minimal supervision.
- BE or BTech educational background.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
