Responsibilities
- Develop, improve, test, maintain and support digital products, services and systems.
- Work with engineers, architects and business teams on technology used across HSBC globally.
- Monitor performance, investigate technical issues and recommend improvements.
- Participate in technical training, skills coaching, classroom learning, self-directed learning and hackathons.
Requirements
- Be a recent graduate with less than two years of full-time work experience or be due to graduate by July 2027.
- Have a minimum GPA of 4.0/5.0 or 3.0/4.0, or an overseas equivalent documented on an official university transcript or degree certificate.
- Be fluent in both English and Mandarin.
- Be available to work full time from March 2027 or July 2027 onwards.
- Be legally permitted to work in mainland China for the full duration of the graduate programme and beyond without requiring HSBC visa sponsorship.
