Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable frontend architectures for complex web applications.
- Build and maintain reusable UI components and design-system integrations.
- Partner with product managers and designers to deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Lead technical design discussions and own architectural decisions within the frontend domain.
- Optimize performance, accessibility, responsiveness, usability, page-load times, and frontend latency.
- Set frontend standards and patterns and drive adoption across teams.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
- Investigate and resolve complex production issues.
- Use AI coding agents and modern tooling as part of the development workflow.
Requirements
- Typically 8+ years of software engineering experience with deep frontend expertise.
- Strong production experience building modern web applications with JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize frontend performance and measure improvements with metrics.
- Experience with testing strategy, accessibility, and web standards.
- Ability to own work from design through production support and lead technical initiatives.
- Preferred experience with design systems, React, Vue, Angular, cloud-native environments, and CI/CD.
- Experience leading technical initiatives across teams is preferred.
