Base Salary

$178k - $223k/yr

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable frontend architectures for complex web applications.
Build and maintain reusable UI components and design-system integrations.
Partner with product managers and designers to deliver high-quality user experiences.
Lead technical design discussions and own architectural decisions within the frontend domain.
Optimize performance, accessibility, responsiveness, usability, page-load times, and frontend latency.
Set frontend standards and patterns and drive adoption across teams.
Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
Investigate and resolve complex production issues.
Use AI coding agents and modern tooling as part of the development workflow.

Typically 8+ years of software engineering experience with deep frontend expertise.
Strong production experience building modern web applications with JavaScript and TypeScript.
Demonstrated ability to optimize frontend performance and measure improvements with metrics.
Experience with testing strategy, accessibility, and web standards.
Ability to own work from design through production support and lead technical initiatives.
Preferred experience with design systems, React, Vue, Angular, cloud-native environments, and CI/CD.
Experience leading technical initiatives across teams is preferred.

Competitive base salary of $178,000–$223,000 plus equity and benefits.
