Responsibilities
- Maintain and support business-critical applications, services, databases, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application, database, and production issues.
- Develop and implement minor enhancements, change requests, and technical improvements.
- Develop, support, and monitor SSIS packages and data integration processes.
- Support REST API integrations between internal and external systems.
- Manage and troubleshoot IIS-hosted web applications and deployments.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL Server database objects and solutions.
- Perform root cause analysis, application monitoring, performance optimization, and preventive improvements.
- Serve as a technical point of contact for the India-based development and support team.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in software development, application maintenance, and enterprise application support.
- Strong experience with C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET Web Forms, SQL Server, T-SQL, SSIS, REST APIs, JavaScript, PowerShell, IIS, and Azure Cloud Storage.
- Hands-on experience supporting enterprise applications and developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Experience creating and maintaining SQL Server stored procedures, functions, views, and other database objects.
- Experience with database troubleshooting, optimization, data migration, and SSIS-based integration solutions.
- Experience with Git, source control, software development lifecycle processes, and Microsoft technology environments.
- Experience with Azure platform services, Azure DevOps, application monitoring, diagnostics, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect is preferred.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, analytical, communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural and distributed teams and manage multiple support activities and project tasks.
