Responsibilities
- Define and implement modern Quality Engineering strategies and processes for clients.
- Deliver hands-on automated testing and quality engineering solutions.
- Lead and support other engineers in achieving high-quality software delivery.
- Advocate for efficient, low-complexity engineering approaches focused on client value.
- Contribute to Accenture’s internal and regional Quality Engineering communities.
- Work flexibly across different client domains, roles, and technology stacks.
- Spend time onsite with clients and partners as required.
Requirements
- Several years of experience defining and implementing modern Quality Engineering concepts, including automated testing.
- Comfort working with at least one object-oriented programming language, such as Java, C#, TypeScript, or Python.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI or evidence of pursuing personal GenAI projects outside work.
- Familiarity with testing in cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
- Ability to collaborate effectively, adapt to change, and learn new technologies and approaches.
