Base Salary
$182k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive the architecture, design, and implementation of web features supporting clinical and operational workflows.
- Build realtime, accessible, visually engaging interfaces for patients and care teams.
- Own initiatives from technical design and implementation through maintenance, monitoring, and performance improvement.
- Improve application accessibility, reliability, observability, testing, and client-side performance.
- Contribute to architectural direction, technical roadmaps, code reviews, and technical design documents.
- Collaborate with product, design, data, clinical, and care operations stakeholders.
- Participate in on-call rotations for production system reliability.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience building accessible, visually engaging web applications and intuitive user-facing experiences.
- Proficiency with React and TypeScript, including UI architecture and client-side performance.
- Experience working with or understanding monorepos, shared design systems, and frontend testing tools such as Playwright and Storybook.
- Experience with metrics instrumentation, analytics, qualitative user feedback, and data-driven performance tuning.
- Strong ownership from technical design and implementation through post-launch monitoring.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, product managers, and product designers.
- Bonus: experience in telehealth or other regulated industries, or building data-dense internal tools for specialized users.
