Base Salary
$86k - $138k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, prototype, test, demonstrate, and deploy Salesforce applications and capabilities.
- Build custom Salesforce applications using declarative tools such as flows and App Builder.
- Write Visualforce, Apex classes and controllers, triggers, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Perform Git repository merges, resolve conflicts, and deploy repositories to sandboxes and test environments.
- Design Salesforce solutions, modernization roadmaps, fit-gap analyses, integrations, and APIs based on business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with delivery managers, solution architects, customers, development teams, and support personnel.
- Document, maintain, and govern Salesforce solutions throughout their lifecycles.
- Support security, compliance, testing, performance, and maintainability requirements, including Section 508 and FISMA considerations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of professional experience, master’s degree and 6 years, or high school diploma/equivalent and 12 years.
- At least 5 years of direct software development lifecycle experience.
- At least 5 years of experience delivering enterprise-level Salesforce projects through implementation lifecycles.
- Experience performing Salesforce Git repository merges, conflict resolution, and deployments to sandboxes and test environments.
- Proficiency with Visualforce, Apex classes/controllers, triggers, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Proficiency with Data Loader, Workbench, Salesforce Platform IDE, and third-party Salesforce integrations.
- Experience developing custom applications with Salesforce declarative customization capabilities.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Active Secret or higher security clearance; interim clearance is acceptable.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Preferred qualifications include Force.com/Salesforce Platform Advanced Developer, Salesforce Platform Developer I, or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect credentials.
- Preferred experience includes developing and deploying applications on Heroku and integrating them with Salesforce.
