Responsibilities
- Transition legacy infrastructure and platforms to AWS Cloud.
- Transform, support, and maintain systems supporting critical national infrastructure.
- Implement scalable and sustainable cloud solutions using AWS, Linux, Terraform, and Ansible.
- Automate deployment and configuration pipelines for COTS software across multiple environments.
- Work within a DevOps team and collaborate with developers, testers, and broader programme teams.
- Apply security to workloads and follow engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience implementing solutions with AWS and Linux technologies.
- Experience using Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure as code.
- Demonstrable experience working in a DevOps environment.
- Experience applying security to workloads and working with CI/CD infrastructure pipelines.
- Experience automating deployment and configuration pipelines of COTS software through multiple environments.
- Experience working in Agile teams using Scrum or Kanban.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be a UK National and able to obtain SC-level clearance.
- Willingness to undergo SC or DV clearance depending on role requirements.
- AWS qualifications, Atlassian toolset experience, and biometric systems experience are desired.
