Responsibilities
- Lead and anchor quality assurance, testing, deployment, and business process consulting engagements.
- Define problem statements, support solution discovery, and guide teams on project processes, deliverables, and execution strategies.
- Provide advisory support on test approaches, test strategy, and planning reviews.
- Lead testing for HPS PowerCARD merchant acquiring and issuing, credit/debit card processes, switches, scheme providers, POS, ATMs, wallets, and mobile banking.
- Support business pursuit initiatives, conduct client training, and build in-house quality engineering capabilities.
- Manage client interfaces, stakeholders, delivery teams, and engagement execution in global environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- At least 5+ years of relevant experience in quality assurance, testing, or consulting roles.
- Strong understanding of SDLC processes, release management, and QA methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with test management and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence or similar platforms.
- Experience with banking processes, card systems, payment switches, scheme providers, and enterprise platforms such as HPS PowerCARD.
- Experience leading or anchoring QA consulting engagements or transformation initiatives is preferred.
- Strong client-facing, stakeholder communication, problem-solving, prioritization, analytical, team management, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional, virtual, matrixed, and global delivery teams is preferred.
