Base Salary
$80k - $158k/yr
Responsibilities
- Gather customer requirements and translate them into scope documents, functional and non-functional requirements, workflows, specifications, and RFP/RFI responses.
- Coordinate with customers and internal engagement, pre-sales, project management, architecture, technical, QA, and delivery teams.
- Present and demonstrate proposed solutions or prototypes, collect feedback, and direct design changes to address customer needs.
- Review test cases, conduct root cause analysis, support QA testing, and perform integration testing and user acceptance demonstrations.
- Define and plan project milestones, phases, and delivery elements with the principal consultant and support the project manager and delivery team.
- Maintain customer relationships, support business integration and lead generation, and drive customer satisfaction.
- Develop whitepapers, research papers, points of view, use cases, market research, and reusable proposal components for the knowledge repository.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory skill in IBM Rational Rhapsody.
- Experience gathering and analyzing customer requirements and producing RFP/RFI solution documentation.
- Experience coordinating solution design, delivery teams, testing, demonstrations, and change requests.
- Ability to conduct data modeling, workflow analysis, system capability analysis, and business specification analysis.

- Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 annually, with final compensation dependent on geography, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
