Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers to deliver AI-powered agents integrated into HR and Financial workflows.
- Build and operate software across the development-to-production lifecycle.
- Contribute to tooling strategies and scalable AI capabilities within the Workday platform.
- Take ownership of multiple functional areas and participate in production operations.
- Share knowledge, mentor teammates, and contribute to a collaborative and inclusive engineering culture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- 3+ years of experience with a web development framework, preferably Python with Flask, Django, or FastAPI.
- 1+ years of experience with React and TypeScript for front-end or full-stack development.
- 1+ years of experience with a relational database, preferably PostgreSQL.
- Experience building and operating SaaS products in cloud environments, preferably AWS.
- Familiarity with modern distributed-systems architecture and tradeoffs.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Elasticsearch.
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and observability practices.
- Experience working in fast-paced, multifunctional teams and strong communication skills.
