Responsibilities

Learn how teams work, conduct interviews, and identify meaningful AI use cases.
Design practical AI-powered workflows with end users and configure prompts, instructions, knowledge sources, connectors, and agents.
Build, test, iterate, and deploy prototypes using realistic business scenarios.
Analyze solution usage and evaluate effects on efficiency, quality, turnaround times, and employee experience.
Work within data protection, information security, AI governance, and human-in-the-loop frameworks.
Share insights and learnings with the AI community.

Demonstrated passion for AI and curiosity about new tools, models, and use cases.
A portfolio showing AI projects, automations, prototypes, open-source contributions, university or educational projects, or creative experiments.
Experience with or solid understanding of designing, testing, and improving prompts, instructions, and AI-powered workflows.
Strong analytical thinking, business-process interest, and ability to develop pragmatic solutions to real-world challenges.
Excellent communication skills, proactive mindset, and ability to collaborate across diverse teams with incomplete information.
Responsible approach to data and AI, excellent English, and German proficiency at minimum B2 level or equivalent.
A degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Business Informatics, or a related field is beneficial but not required.
