Responsibilities

Explore AI use cases and help select a business workflow for improvement.
Work with business stakeholders to document workflows, user needs, pain points, and desired outcomes.
Map future-state workflows and design, test, and refine an Enterprise AI Assistant solution.
Support review, approval, publication, and pilot-launch activities.
Create user guidance and assist with demonstrations, training, and adoption activities.
Gather usage information and user feedback, recommend improvements, and present pilot results and lessons learned.

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program as a rising junior or senior.
Pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Business or Data Analytics, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong interest in artificial intelligence, business-process improvement, workflow transformation, and enterprise technology.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
Interest in working directly with business and technical stakeholders and ability to learn unfamiliar tools, seek feedback, and work through ambiguity with guidance.

Full-time, 40-hours-per-week internship lasting 12 weeks from May 17 through August 6, 2027.
Onsite work based at Allied’s headquarters in Carmel, Indiana.
