Responsibilities

Lead the architecture and evolution of major platform components.
Build scalable and reliable features for customer data visibility.
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams on high-impact initiatives.
Write maintainable code following best practices in testing and CI/CD.
Set engineering standards for code quality and operational excellence.
Improve the observability platform’s tooling and infrastructure.
Coordinate responses to complex production incidents.
Identify technical opportunities and drive initiatives to address them.
Mentor engineers through design reviews and feedback.

Strong experience in building complex distributed systems, preferably with Golang, Python, Kubernetes, SQL/OLAP databases, and stream processing.
Hands-on experience in designing and scaling production infrastructure.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Focus on delivering customer value through technical solutions.
Enthusiasm for fostering a healthy engineering culture.
Ability to work in high ambiguity and drive problems to completion.
