Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML solutions using cloud, generative AI, and agentic AI technologies.
- Apply machine learning and data science techniques to business scenarios and advanced analytics projects.
- Build generative AI, agentic AI, LLM, RAG, and vector-based retrieval solutions where applicable.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust, data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate in agile, cross-functional teams combining technical, business, and data science expertise.
- Participate in AI architecture, prompt engineering, computer vision, responsible AI, and MLOps initiatives as applicable.
- Travel to client locations across Europe and occasionally beyond for short- or long-term engagements.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience applying data-driven approaches to business scenarios, including designing and deploying advanced analytics and machine learning algorithms.
- At least 1 year within that experience working with generative AI or agentic AI technologies to build scalable AI/ML solutions.
- Experience with Python-based AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face Transformers, or Google ADK.
- Experience delivering analytical projects using GCP, Azure, or AWS and their relevant AI and analytics services.
- Understanding of clustering, regression, classification, forecasting, neural networks, hyperparameter optimization, NLP, and LLMs.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into robust, data-driven solutions.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Preferred qualifications include AI architecture, full-stack LLM engineering, agentic AI, RAG, vector retrieval, prompt engineering, computer vision, responsible AI, Databricks, MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, and relevant cloud or AI certifications.
