Base Salary
$100k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build software, internal tools, demos, and prototypes using Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, and emerging AI coding tools.
- Document builds and create videos, posts, threads, and playbooks explaining the tools, decisions, and workflows used.
- Translate frontier AI capabilities into practical guidance for operators, founders, and enterprise leaders.
- Lead customer hackathons, leadership enablement sessions, and function-specific AI workshops.
- Test new models, tools, and workflows and develop informed perspectives on their practical impact.
- Establish and operate the build-to-content-to-workshop cadence that supports Tenex’s market presence and customer conversations.
- Partner with engineering, GTM, and content while reporting directly to Tenex cofounder Alex Lieberman.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software-building experience with real shipping experience using AI coding tools.
- Production or real-user experience with Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, or equivalent tools.
- A strong portfolio of teaching content, such as videos, posts, playbooks, or threads.
- Ability to explain technical material to non-technical operators and lead workshops, hackathons, or training sessions.
- Strong knowledge of current AI tools and workflows, with informed opinions about when to use them.
- Ability to identify compelling content from software builds and produce and edit content end-to-end.
- Operational discipline to manage builds, shoots, and workshops in parallel.
- Exceptional taste, judgment, ownership, and willingness to work across coding, content, and workshops.
- Bonus experience combining engineering and content for a creator, founder, or technical brand serving AI-native operators and enterprises.
