Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build real software and internal tools using AI coding tools.
- Document the building process and create educational content.
- Translate AI capabilities into actionable insights for clients.
- Lead AI workshops and hackathons for Tenex customers.
- Test new models and tools, providing feedback for improvements.
- Establish a rhythm of build, content, and workshop to engage the audience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software development experience with AI coding tools.
- Strong portfolio of teaching content for technical or AI-curious audiences.
- Deep understanding of current AI tools and their applications.
- Experience in leading workshops and teaching technical material.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and produce content end-to-end.
- Exceptional taste and judgment in builds and content quality.
