Responsibilities
- Collaborate with commercial, operational, business analyst, and stakeholder teams to validate requirements and deliver Salesforce changes.
- Develop and maintain solutions across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Data Cloud.
- Build and enhance integrations using Salesforce APIs and integrate applications such as DocuSign, Qualtrics, Kernel, and marketing tools.
- Follow Salesforce development best practices, document code, and write and maintain test classes.
- Own release cycles and deploy new and updated applications and code.
- Improve existing Salesforce code and configuration and help establish development and quality assurance practices.
- Use DevOps and quality tooling to deliver reliable enhancements.
- Share Salesforce knowledge and best practices with the development team and wider business.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of Salesforce development experience with strong Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ product knowledge.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, Java, and Lightning components.
- Strong knowledge of CPQ or Revenue Cloud, including product catalogs, pricing strategies, product rules, pricing rules, and approval automation.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration, Salesforce architecture, custom coding, large datasets, and bulkification.
- Ability to analyze business processes, interpret and critique technical specifications, gather requirements, and present solutions to stakeholders.
- Experience leading projects or delivery work streams and collaborating with business stakeholders and Salesforce team members.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Platform Developer II, or JavaScript Developer I are preferred.
- Experience with Revenue Cloud, Data Cloud or Data 360, integrated systems development, marketing-tool integrations, or active participation in the Salesforce community is preferred.
