Base Salary
$129k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver pragmatic, scalable, secure, and cost-effective technology solutions for difficult business problems.
- Work with Product Management to translate feature requirements into software deliverables.
- Design, develop, maintain, and thoroughly test software features and systems for Operations and Operations IT customers.
- Participate in software and system design reviews and improve technical documentation.
- Participate in the on-call rotation by triaging, communicating status, escalating, and remediating critical issues.
- Automate, deploy, and support infrastructure and distributed systems at scale.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Programming experience in at least one modern language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, or Ruby.
- Experience building services using AWS products.
- Experience using AWS cloud solutions in a DevOps environment.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Preferred: experience automating, deploying, and supporting large-scale infrastructure.
- Preferred: experience with distributed systems at scale.
