Responsibilities
- Build AI security solutions for enterprise customers.
- Design and implement security controls for agentic AI systems.
- Provide technical leadership across product development, define architecture, drive technical decisions, and deliver secure and scalable solutions.
- Develop pre-sales and post-sales tools and environments for customer evaluations, deployments, troubleshooting, and integration.
- Own and operate production services, including troubleshooting, performance optimization, reliability improvements, and ongoing hardening of security-critical systems.
- Research emerging technologies and security trends to identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
- Drive technical strategy and product roadmap, including feature design and architecture evolution.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering skills in Python or Go, or in Rust, C, or C++.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of experience building and operating production backend services, including architecture ownership of security-critical and highly available systems.
- Strong system design and architecture skills, with the ability to balance security, scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, technical leadership, and delivery skills.
- Preferred experience with LLM and agent security topics such as prompt injection, tool poisoning, jailbreaks, and agent security controls.
- Preferred hands-on experience designing and building agentic AI systems using MCP, A2A, tool-calling, and agent frameworks.
- Professional experience in application security, network security, identity, API security, or other cybersecurity domains is preferred.
