Base Salary
$165k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship features across the React/TypeScript web app, iOS app, and backend services.
- Own customer-facing features end to end from problem definition and solution design through rollout and iteration.
- Identify product friction for clinics and patients and advocate for improvements.
- Define and solve problems proactively in a lightly structured environment.
- Mentor engineers and improve engineering design, review, and delivery practices.
- Influence product direction and technical approach across the Practice Engineering product.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer building customer-facing products.
- Strong modern frontend skills in React and TypeScript, with backend depth in API design, data modeling, and production databases.
- Experience building and shipping features on iOS alongside web applications.
- Experience owning customer-facing features from problem definition through design, launch, and iteration.
- Experience partnering with product and design as a peer and contributing product ideas.
- Ability to work with high ownership and self-direction on a small distributed team.
- Clear written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience building with AI or agentic systems is preferred.
