Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and design of software systems and applications.
- Influence architecture decisions across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with product teams to understand requirements and identify solutions.
- Provide technical thought leadership and drive engineering excellence.
- Ensure solutions meet corporate security standards and operability principles.
- Lead complex engineering initiatives across multiple teams and build strong relationships with technical peers.

Requirements
- 12+ years of software engineering experience in enterprise-scale environments.
- 5+ years of experience in technical leadership, architecture, or principal engineering roles.
- Broad experience as a software engineer or full-stack developer across multiple languages and frameworks.
- Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale distributed systems supporting millions of transactions daily.
- Deep understanding of resiliency, fault tolerance, scalability patterns, and highly available systems.
- In-depth knowledge of public cloud platforms, containers, and container orchestration.
- Strong communication, collaboration, relationship-building, organizational, decision-making, and delivery skills.
