Responsibilities
- Identify and execute technical investments for long-term quality and performance of permissions and access management.
- Build end-user functionality to meet complex product needs.
- Define product strategies for representing organizational structures within Notion workspaces.
- Contribute to the performance and reliability of the Notion product.
- Partner with engineering leaders to ensure the sustainability of core systems.
Requirements
- 7+ years of engineering experience with a proven track record of execution.
- Experience in tech leadership and making key technical decisions.
- Ability to balance business impact with craft, speed, and maintainability.
- Strong collaboration skills with engineers and cross-functional partners.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Empathetic communication skills for clear idea sharing and conflict resolution.
