Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance responsive, accessible, user-friendly front-end applications and reusable interface components.
- Build and support custom web applications, Salesforce solutions, and Microsoft Power Platform tools.
- Translate user stories, wireframes, designs, and business requirements into functional application experiences.
- Integrate applications and low-code solutions with APIs, databases, enterprise data sources, and approved services.
- Support data transformations, queries, application data flows, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and production support.
- Create prototypes and proofs of concept and help convert approved approaches into production-ready solutions.
- Use source control, code reviews, CI/CD practices, and established development and deployment standards.
- Write secure, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code and configuration.
- Create and maintain requirements, configuration, integration, operational, and support documentation.
- Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, developers, data engineers, analysts, designers, and technology teams.
- Participate in Agile sprint planning, estimation, status reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Approximately 2 to 4 years of relevant software development, application development, data, or technology experience.
- Professional experience developing or supporting software, data, or technology solutions.
- Hands-on experience with user-facing applications or interfaces using React, Python-based web frameworks, JavaScript/TypeScript, or comparable tools.
- Experience translating requirements, user stories, or designs into functional and user-friendly application experiences.
- Experience integrating applications with APIs, databases, enterprise data sources, or other technology platforms.
- Working knowledge of data structures, transformations, data quality, and unfamiliar data sources.
- Experience with Salesforce or Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, or Power BI.
- Working knowledge of application security concepts such as authentication, authorization, and access controls.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments and creating clear technical and functional documentation.
- Preferred experience includes Salesforce development or configuration, Microsoft Power Platform, Databricks, AWS, GitLab, automated testing, monitoring, logging, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, enterprise AI/ML integrations, and regulated healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology environments.
- Relevant Salesforce, Microsoft Power Platform, cloud, software development, data, DevOps, cybersecurity, Agile, or enterprise platform certifications are preferred.
