Responsibilities
- Improve the organization’s information security level in a sustainable, future-oriented, and continuous manner.
- Create and maintain information security concepts and related security documentation, including policies and procedures, in accordance with BSI IT-Grundschutz.
- Advise relevant stakeholders on technical, process-related, and organizational information security topics.
- Participate in internal and external information security workshops and meetings.
- Travel to customers as part of project work.
Requirements
- Completed university degree at bachelor’s or master’s level in information security, computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a comparable field.
- Ideally, two years of relevant practical professional experience in IT or information security and consulting on IT-Grundschutz requirements.
- Knowledge of information security requirements modeling tools such as SAVe, Verinice, or HiScout Grundschutz is advantageous.
- BSI IT-Grundschutz Praktiker or similar information security certifications are desirable.
- Strong enthusiasm for bringing information security into projects.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Business-fluent German and English communication skills.
