Base Salary
$112k - $203k/yr
Responsibilities
- Monitor and triage infrastructure and application alerts across multi-tenant cloud environments.
- Lead end-to-end incident response and major incident management workflows to reduce MTTR.
- Implement and refine automated playbooks and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with SRE and Product teams on post-incident reviews, root-cause analysis, and permanent architectural remediation.
- Participate in an operational on-call rotation supporting global production clusters.
Requirements
- Meet one qualifying pathway: a recently completed or soon-to-be-completed master’s degree with 0 years of experience; a bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience; an educational or workforce development program with 3 years of experience; or a high school diploma or equivalent with 4 years of experience.
- Qualifying education and work experience must be in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- U.S. citizenship is required for work in the FedRAMP-compliant environment and for work specified by the U.S. government as restricted to U.S. citizens on U.S. soil.
- Preferred qualifications include exposure to Puppet, Ansible, or Terraform; knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes; experience with Splunk or OpenTelemetry; and experience using Claude, GitHub Copilot, or Codex for operational scripting and runbook generation.
