Responsibilities
- Fine-tune large language models using instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation.
- Analyze model outputs and iterate on training processes to improve relevance and performance.
- Conduct model performance assessments and recommend improvements using evaluation metrics.
- Work with large datasets and implement data preprocessing techniques.
- Collaborate across teams, provide solutions, and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, mentor junior team members, and help coordinate team performance.
- Design and deliver generative and agentic AI solutions for enterprise workflows.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working with large language models.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing techniques.
- Experience with model evaluation metrics and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with Python and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Ability to work with large datasets and implement data preprocessing techniques.
- Strong understanding of generative AI, agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- 15 years of full-time education.
