Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, implement, and maintain ServiceNow applications and enterprise solutions.
- Customize ServiceNow applications using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
- Develop and support ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSM, APO, MCO, Finance Management, and Employee Center.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub, ETL, and DataFabric/Zero Copy Connectors.
- Create and manage Service Catalog items, workflows, flows, and platform configurations.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, platform upgrades, patches, and releases.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, secure solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles while following SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and change management processes.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of ServiceNow experience, including at least 6 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong JavaScript skills and experience with REST/SOAP APIs and server-side and client-side integrations.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, ACLs, roles, and security best practices.
- Experience with Finance Management and MCO processes, including Source-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Familiarity with CMDB, Discovery, and ITSM; experience with ITOM and HRSD is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and strong analytical, communication, documentation, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CSM, ITSM, or MCO certifications are preferred.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Performance Analytics, Reporting, UI Builder, Service Portal, Workspace configuration, DevOps, CI/CD, ATF, cloud platforms, ITIL processes, and global enterprise environments is preferred.
