Responsibilities
- Write, extend, and maintain automated test plans and scripts.
- Design, execute, and automate API, UI, backend, frontend, and non-functional tests across varied architectures and technologies.
- Architect automation frameworks, define automation strategies, and develop tests validating product use cases against specifications and requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to prioritize testing, ensure coverage, and report execution progress and results.
- Participate in design and specification reviews and use the findings to create test plans.
- Assist cross-functional teams with troubleshooting and problem identification.
- Champion QA best practices and improve QA processes.
- Apply knowledge of AI and agentic systems to testing strategies and validation.
Requirements
- More than five years of experience in application test design and implementation.
- Experience developing API and UI test automation and conducting non-functional testing.
- Knowledge equivalent to ISTQB Foundation Level.
- Effective stakeholder communication skills.
- Solid programming fundamentals, strong object-oriented programming knowledge, and proficiency in Python or Java or another programming language.
- Understanding of AI and agentic systems, including testing and validating AI workflows and autonomous agents.
- Strong understanding of QA practices, methodologies, and approaches.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Preferred: experience in test planning, design, and implementation.
- Preferred: knowledge of the internet service industry and e-commerce domain knowledge.
- Preferred: service-oriented mindset.
