Responsibilities

Lead architecture and development teams delivering end-to-end solutions for complex client challenges.
Shape and communicate architectural strategies across application, business, and integration domains.
Advise senior stakeholders and translate technical insight into business value.
Build trusted client relationships and lead business development, pre-sales, proposal development, and client engagement.
Help shape and launch new service propositions and drive strategic business growth.
Coach team members, share knowledge, and create opportunities for professional growth.

Proven experience leading architecture and development teams and delivering impactful solutions.
Strong understanding of the defence sector and experience in banking, insurance, payments, or wealth management.
Experience shaping architectural strategies across multiple domains.
Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
Track record of contributing to business development, including pre-sales and proposal development.
Familiarity with architecture frameworks and modelling tools such as UML and ArchiMate.
Awareness of emerging trends and technologies.
Established network of senior stakeholders within a specialist sector and ability to develop long-term client partnerships.
