Base Salary
$149k - $235k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical implementation activities across the post-sales lifecycle, including onboarding, complex integrations, and system architecture.
- Conduct technical deep dives and map the DX platform to customers’ engineering goals, workflows, and organizational structures.
- Design and build custom integrations and workflows connecting DX APIs with complex client environments.
- Configure solutions around customers’ engineering processes, branching strategies, and deployment pipelines.
- Provide strategic technical guidance to enterprise customers on developer experience analytics, deployment methodologies, and cultural transformation.
- Capture customer feedback and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence the product roadmap.
Requirements
- Exposure to Ruby/Rails or Python, with a solid understanding of APIs and RESTful services.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git and the GitHub CLI.
- Familiarity with SQL, preferably Postgres, and the ability to use data for analytical solutioning.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and branching strategies.
- Extensive experience leading high-stakes technical workshops and executive-level discussions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and consultative skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical architecture into clear business outcomes and value.
- At least 6 years of experience.
