Base Salary
$180k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and architectural oversight for scalable, modular AI-integrated software solutions.
- Architect and build MCPs, APIs, and AI agents, and develop prompt strategies for code, documentation, and test generation.
- Design RAG and agentic systems and translate product goals into actionable tasks optimized for human and AI execution.
- Review human- and AI-generated code for performance, security, and correctness.
- Mentor globally distributed developers on AI tool adoption, clean code, and modern software design.
- Collaborate on build and deployment pipeline improvements, including AI-enhanced review and testing steps.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience focused on design and architectural technical leadership.
- 2+ years of experience working with AI/ML models in a production environment.
- Strong backend or full-stack background using Python.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Devin AI, GitHub Copilot, or GPT APIs.
- Strong system design and task decomposition skills focused on RAG and agentic systems.
- Proven experience leading distributed engineering teams.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Exposure to AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGPT, or AgentCore.
- Experience with domain-driven design, MCPs, or microservices architecture.
- Experience with vector or graph databases, embeddings, or other LLM infrastructure.
- A portfolio demonstrating AI-driven software development is preferred.
- Prior fast-paced SaaS or startup experience and knowledge of HR, Legal, or Risk industries are preferred.
