Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and implement high-availability systems software.
- Develop functionality for services focused on automation, observability, and identity management.
- Support the full product lifecycle from ideation through implementation and operation.
- Improve software testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance capabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams in an international environment.
- Mentor less experienced engineers and evaluate emerging technologies related to network operations and automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- At least 2 years of programming experience with Python, Go, and/or shell scripting.
- At least 4 years of development experience on Linux or Unix platforms.
- Knowledge of internet protocols including TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, and/or TLS/SSL.
- Experience with Git/Stash and Perforce version control systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal abilities, and teamwork skills.
