Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Create and lead the technical design and development of software solutions.
- Propose and design software solutions for complex business needs and prepare required technical and procedural documentation.
- Facilitate complex problem resolution.
- Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues.
- Review software coding, testing, and documentation.
- Apply modern principles, methodologies, and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities.
- Support application development, software solutions, release management, process improvements, and technical troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is listed as the required education.
- 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience is typically required.
- Comparable education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Knowledge of application delivery processes, application design, architecture, application development tools, application testing, packaged application integration, system development life cycle, and technical troubleshooting is expected.
- Preferred skills include application development, business management, customer solutions, design, group problem solving, process improvements, release management, software solutions, and user experience design.
- No required certifications, licenses, or language assessments.
