Base Salary
$150k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build custom applications and workflows across ITSM, HRSD, Knowledge, and Virtual Agent.
- Serve as the senior technical partner for IT and cross-functional leadership, leading technical discussions.
- Translate business requests into technical specifications and manage the incoming request backlog.
- Build and maintain REST/SOAP integrations with various platforms, including Workday and Okta.
- Handle reactive support, bug fixes, and platform upgrades while enforcing development standards.
- Mentor team members through code reviews and maintain technical documentation.
Requirements
- Deep, hands-on expertise in ServiceNow with a strong understanding of ITSM and HRSD.
- Ability to communicate technical complexity clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with AI development tools like Claude Enterprise and ChatGPT.
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for outcomes.
