Responsibilities
- Define architecture, technical strategy, and engineering standards for enterprise-scale applications.
- Design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using modern .NET technologies.
- Lead cloud-native and microservices-based transformation initiatives.
- Drive engineering excellence through architecture reviews, technical mentorship, and engineering best practices.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business leaders to align technology investments with business goals.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies, including AI and intelligent automation.
- Lead technical initiatives across multiple teams and influence engineering strategy without direct authority.
- Identify and drive AI initiatives that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and product innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 12+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated technical leadership.
- Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale enterprise software solutions.
- Experience leading architecture and technical initiatives across multiple teams.
- Expert proficiency in C#, .NET, Angular, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, Nginx, and REST and SOAP APIs.
- Deep expertise in microservices, distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and domain-driven design.
- Strong experience with AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of end-to-end request flow, load balancers, Akamai, firewalls, and SAML.
- Experience with QA automation practices and tools such as Selenium and Playwright.
- Experience with RabbitMQ, MSMQ, and SQL Server.
- Strong understanding of performance optimization, scalability, resiliency, and application security.
- Experience integrating generative AI, AI/ML, LLMs, RAG, or AI-powered capabilities into enterprise applications.
- Payments, fintech, banking, or other regulated-industry experience is preferred.
- Cloud and architecture certifications, large-scale modernization or transformation experience, and industry thought leadership are preferred.
