Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, and delivery.
- Set and enforce development and coding standards to maintain software quality.
- Make team decisions and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional software integration.
- Mentor team members and support their professional and technical growth.
- Drive process improvements and identify opportunities for new technology adoption.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns for custom software development.
- Experience establishing and enforcing coding standards.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and scalability in enterprise software.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
- 15 years of full-time education.
